Stephanie Caruso, MSW

Behavior Support Staff

Stephanie has always been fascinated in people’s stories and behavior. She has also always had an interest in working with children and families. Stephanie received her Bachelors degree in Social Work from Frostburg State University. Shortly after graduation she went on to work with adults who were diagnosed with a variety of mental illnesses. She did that for about 4 years, but was still curious about working with children and families.

Stephanie has experience volunteering and working with incarcerated individuals, adults with mental illnesses and has some social work experience with the Child Welfare Division. She then obtained her Masters in Social Work. Stephanie was immediately attracted to BDS because of the use of ABA and children. Stephanie hopes to gain a lot of knowledge and experience while working with BDS, to enhance her career as a future social worker. She is beyond excited to meet and work with everyone!
