Humor and its Place in the Everyday

by Admin Nov 22, 2010

Humor is mankind’s greatest blessing. ~Mark Twain

Sometimes it can be difficult to see the humor in everyday mishaps. The kids have written on the wall; the tub has over flown; you fell asleep while dinner was cooking and needed to order out that night. These things happen to the best of us, but a good sense of humor will get you through the worst of it. Trust me, I was the one that fell asleep with dinner cooking… can we say order out? Mmm… pizza.

Today, take a moment to discover the humor in the common mishaps of the day. Write down one thing that happened to you that you can look at humorously. When times get bad take a look back on that item and remember to see the silver lining.
