Educational Benefits

California Coast University

Through our Corporate Partnership Agreement with California Coast University, eligible staff members receive a 10% tuition discount on online certificate and degree programs.

This discount applies to new enrollments and cannot be combined with other tuition discounts or applied retroactively to students who are already enrolled.

Purdue University Global

Eligible staff members and their immediate family members may receive tuition discounts through the College of Social & Behavioral Sciences.

Financial Benefits

SECU Credit Union

Breakthrough Developmental Services is a Bank at Work partner with SECU. Eligible staff members may join the credit union and continue their membership for life, provided they maintain SECU’s membership requirements.

Maryland Saves

Maryland Saves offers resources to help individuals build financial security through emergency savings and retirement planning, including Roth Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs). Staff members are encouraged to explore the educational resources and savings options available through the program.
