As an RBT, you’ll work directly with children, adolescents, and adults using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help individuals develop important communication, social, daily living, and independence skills.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED

· Clean background check

· Willingness to learn

We’ll teach you everything you need to know. If you’ve ever worked as a nanny, paraprofessional, teacher, CNA, personal attendant, daycare, childcare, babysitter, caregiver, or aide, or studied psychology, social work, sociology, or education – you’re already halfway there!
