Social Skills Groups

Building Confidence, Connections, and Community

Learning social skills is about more than practicing conversations—it’s about learning the skills needed to interact with others, increase confidence, and participate in the community if and when you choose to.

Our Social Skills Groups provide children, teens, and adults with opportunities to practice and strengthen social, communication, and daily living skills in a supportive, engaging environment. Through structured activities, games, adult-focused community outings, and shared experiences, participants develop friendships while learning skills that can be used in everyday life.

Groups are designed to encourage participants to practice newly learned skills, build independence, and develop the skills to build meaningful connections with peers who share similar interests.

Each group session lasts approximately two hours. Most groups meet in our clinic, with select activities taking place in the community to provide opportunities for real-world learning and skill generalization.
