To our great heroes:

There are no words to express how grateful we are for our freedom. Each day we are able to control our destiny and make our own choices because someone else paid a heavy price. Thank you does not begin to express our gratitude, love and appreciation for you, and what you have done for each of us. You made the ultimate sacrifice to protect us from threats that we didn’t always know existed.

Blessings upon you and your families… My heart goes out to them. Your bravery will be remembered. This is the land of the free because of the brave and we will never forget you, or what you have done for us.

To all of the families that have worked with us over the 7 years: Thank you for allowing us to continue serving your family. It has been a joy to watch the growth and progress that your children have made.

To our Technicians, Consultants and Administrative Team (past and present): Thank you for pouring yourselves into BDS. Your dedication to our growth and success is amazing. You all share passion for helping others that shines from within in you. I am impressed daily by your drive to learn more and do more. You are truly dedicated to making a difference and I couldn’t have asked for a better group of co-workers.

You Asked… We Listened – The Waiver

The first group of pages are about Maryland’s Home and Community Based Waiver for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (also know as the Autism Waiver or the Waiver). Special Announcement

There aren’t many times that I get to make big announcements. Not that I mind. As a matter of fact, I love it. However, I doubt that I will ever be a presenter on an awards show. Although you never really know, do you? This is one of those times that I get to make a big announcement about someone who has been working really hard for BDS families.

I’m honored to have the opportunity to announce that one of our Behavioral Technicians, Ms. Nichole Flowers, has decided to embark on training to become a Consultant. Congratulations to you Nichole! We all have faith that you will do well.

The BDS New Website is LIVE!
