  • Targeting Your Goals

Targeting Your Goals

by Admin Oct 20, 2010

The odds of hitting your target go up dramatically when you aim at it. ~Mal Pancoast

You are constantly working, teaching your child new skills. Right? Okay, no stop for a second… What is the purpose of the conglomerate of skills that you have taught? Are you trying to teach your child to make request, or is your larger goal communication? How does that feel into your goal of independence? What are the future goals that you are working towards?

The quote above is correct. How can you expect to hit a target when you are not aiming towards it? Better yet, how can you expect to hit a target when you don’t even know what your target looks like?

Breakthrough Developmental Services, LLC can help you develop a plan to see and aim towards your target. Visit our website at http://bdshelps.com or give us a call at 240-355-0834.
